About and FAQ
How Forgewell certifications work
Career-focused training and Forgewell-issued professional skills certificates. Honest language about what the certificate is and is not.
About Forgewell training
Each certification is structured the same way: three levels, eight modules, scored chapter quizzes, three readiness exams, a final exam, and a certificate of completion after a passing score.
The certification language intentionally stays precise. It validates that a learner completed Forgewell training and passed the exam — it does not claim academic accreditation, regulatory licensure, or guaranteed employment outcomes.
Is this certification accredited?
No. Forgewell certifications are Forgewell-issued professional skills certificates of completion. They are not accredited university degrees, government licenses, regulated credentials, or guarantees of job placement.
Who are these certifications for?
Analysts, operators, founders, students, brokers, and finance or technology professionals who want practical, career-focused fluency in real estate financial modeling, financial modeling and valuation, or coding foundations.
Do I need an account?
Yes. We use passwordless email sign-in (a 6-digit code emailed to you) so your progress, attempts, and certificates persist across devices.
How does the certificate work?
Pass the final exam at 80% or higher and Forgewell automatically issues your certificate of completion with a unique verification ID. You get a PDF download and a public verification URL anyone can check.
Can I retake an exam if I do not pass?
Yes. Final exams and readiness exams can be retaken. The score breakdown by topic shows which sections to review before your next attempt.
What does the $99 include?
One-time access to a single certification — every level, every module, all chapter quizzes, all readiness exams, the final exam, and the Forgewell certificate of completion. No subscription, no expiring access.
